  2. ALLOALLO! V1.0 Communication Software for Windows.

  5.     ALLOALLO! is a full communication package for Windows 3.1+ working 
  6. environment. It supports  serial communication to external and internal 
  7. modems and Fax/Modem boards.
  8.     
  9.     The system configuration can be set to communicate through serial 
  10. ports from COM1 to COM4 and at ANY baud rate supported by your Windows 
  11. Communication Driver installed.
  12.  
  13.     Aiming to give the user  the general tools  for daily communication
  14. needs in one  program, ALLOALLO! has a built in File Manager, with tools, 
  15. such as Text File Viewer, Application Launcher, File Print, Picture 
  16. (BMP/ICO) File Viewer and a Multiple Text Editor. 
  17. More usual commands like copy, rename, delete and print text files are also
  18. supported.Associated to that, it has a full PKZIP Shell Manager, running in
  19. background or windowed, allowing the user with practically unlimited option
  20. or downloaded and uploaded files of compressed ZIP files.       
  21. In short, ALLOALLO!  means flexibility and productivity in one integrated so
  22. ftware package, and more important, AT A PRICE YOU CAN AFFORD! 
  23. You will pay less than 1/3 of other  communication softwares on the market,
  24. with equal or  even less  features than ALLOALLO!.

  34. of the regular price.

  36. INSTALLATION:
  37.  
  38. 1- Put your floppy disk with the compressed alloallo.zip in 
  39. drive a: or b:
  40.  
  41. 2- Uncompress it using the appropriate software (pkzip, arc, Lha
  42. and so on)
  43.  
  44. 3- Start Windows 3.1 or higher.Close all running application.
  45.  
  46. 4- From File Manager run SETUP.EXE or DoubleClick the file.
  47.  
  48. 5- Follow the instrutions on the screen
  49.  
  50. 6 - The SETUP routine will create a new program group and 
  51. some items in your program manager.

  53. 7 - Have a look on the help files and registration file 
  54.  
  55. IMPORTANT:
  56.  
  57. 1-MAKE SURE YOU READ THE PORT SETUP comments.
  58.  
  59. 2- The first time you run the several software tools, such as 
  60. file manager, Text editor etc. choose and save your settings, to
  61. get a customized environment.
  62.  
  63. 3-I personally do not recommend any screen saver to be running 
  64. during communication section. Windows interrupts are not reliable
  65. and it might "hang" during downloads and/or uploads.
  66.  
  67. 4-The AlloAllo communication for Windows application is not freeware program.
  68. It is distributed as shareware. See shareware file enclosed for description.
  69.  
  70. The author has spent more than 300 hours in research, design, coding, 
  71. debugging and documentation.  Hence in return all I'm asking for is a 
  72. reasonable sum for me to keep developing this powerful communication system.
